For Adults

We offer semi-private training sessions for Adults.  Our coach to client ratio is low, so you have someone to support and coach you along the way. This makes for a personal, supportive relationship, guiding you with your technique to help keep you injury free.

All of our programs focus on building strength and fitness but we also have programs/classes especially for women (focusing on fat loss), as well programs/classes for men (focusing on muscle gain).

Our Parent’s Membership is ideal to get fitter, stronger and more athletic with your child. Session includes boxing, boot camp-type exercises, and strength training.

*Must have an athlete on a Propel program and training must be at the same times your child.*

Our timetable provides convenient opportunities to train for everyone from busy mothers and fathers to housewives and business people (we also have a number of retirees).

For Women

Each training session aims to increase strength, lose fat, improve fitness while still being mindful of the pelvic floor.

We cater for all ages and abilities, from the novice to the advanced, and will teach you everything you need to know.

There is a heavy emphasis on providing quality, practical nutrition information to help you achieve your targets.

For Men

Regain your athleticism, improve your posture, broaden your shoulders and lose that gut. That’s what we are offering.

Sticking to the fundamentals of strength training we look to build you from the ground up.

Each exercise is taught, observed and corrected, if necessary, by expert coaches so you’ll be injury free while you attain your goals.
