Our team are qualified Exercise Physiologists, Strength & Conditioning coaches and Exercise Scientists.

We have been trusted by World, National, State and Club champions in a variety of sports.

Athletes also count on us to help them return from injuries.

Our Athletic Development Programs cater from teenagers to elite athletes who want to build their athleticism for their specific sport, while minimising the risks of injury. 

Each athlete is assessed and individually programmed based on their specific sporting requirements.

What’s the process?


Initial phone consultation – we can learn about you & your athletic goals to see how we can help.


Initial assessment & performance testing – we discuss strategies that will work best for your athletic development and design a sport science program required for your sport.


1:1 introduction session with one of our sport scientist, during your first week of training to help you improve technique and build confidence to join our small group strength and conditioning sessions.
