Our coach to client ratio is low, so you have someone to support and coach you along the way. This makes for a personal, supportive relationship, guiding you with your technique to help keep you injury free. In between exercises we talk about strengthening your mindset and how you can improve your diet.

- Landing Mechanics
Resistance training is an optimum activity for your child to develop their athleticism, discipline and confidence. (If you’re not convinced children should perform resistance training, please read this article from the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association).
