Resistance training is an optimum activity for your teen to develop their athleticism, discipline and confidence. (If you’re not convinced children should perform resistance training, please read this article from the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association).
The For Teens program is ideal for those who are training for a specific sport (or two).
We will help your Teen with improving their running technique, strength, power, endurance and mobility.
In between exercises we talk about strengthening their mindset and how they can improve their diet (we also have a rule: you’re not allowed to talk about supplements until you’ve stopped having fast foods!)
We also have holiday camps which have proven to be a lot of fun!
Because we place a big emphasis on ownership, each kid is responsible for recording their sessions in their own diary.
