For Teens


Our PropelTeen program caters to teenagers who want to build their athleticism while minimising the risks of injury. 

Each teenager is assessed and individually programmed based on their specific requirements.

We are currently training young athletes from:

  • Nudgee College
  • The Gap High School
  • Clayfield College
  • Ferny Grove High School
  • Brisbane Grammar
  • Marist, Ashgrove
  • Kelvin Grove High School
  • St Peters (Indooroopilly)
  • Brisbane Boys College
  • Albany Creek High School

Whether it’s to increase speed (including running technique), strength, endurance or improve movement we have been trusted by World, National, State and Club champions in a variety of sports.

Our team are qualified Exercise Physiologists, Strength & Conditioning coaches and/or Exercise Scientists.  Athletes also count on us to help them return from injuries.
