We provide a personalised program suited specifically to your goals, previous injuries and training history. 

You will get fitter, leaner & healthier in our 30-minute sessions.

It features functional full body workouts, supersets, bodyweight and conditioning exercises, keeping your heart rate high for maximum benefits.

We cater for all fitness abilities.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT (HIGH SCHOOL)

Surround your teenager with peers who are health conscious and interested in physical activity.

They will improve their strength, speed, power and reduce their risks of injury through our structured programs.

Athletic DEvelopment (primary school)

Jumping, twisting, lunging, climbing, pushing, squatting, hopping, pulling, bracing… these are some of the foundational movements that every young athlete needs to be competent in.  

As we all know, many of our youngsters aren’t getting enough time to explore, practice and train  these movements.

That’s why our program is essential to your child’s development. 

PRICES (Adult)

  • 2 Sessions per week: $91pw
  • 3 sessions per week: $102pw

PRICES (High School)

  • 2 Sessions per week: $79pw
  • 1 session per week: $45pw

PRICES (Primary school)

  • 2 Sessions per week: $45pw
  • 1 session per week: $25pw
