EOI for Home School Kids

As a Home School parent, I am acutely aware of the the potential decrease in Socialisation and Physical Development.

This program will address both of these concerns.

Your child will become more athletic as they jump, run, hop, skip, push and pull.

They’ll be expertly taught the correct technique in how to do push ups, chin ups and lunges.

If they’ve earned the right, they can also be taught how to squat, deadlift and press.

We’ll also teach them about nutrition, both for health and for performance.

This program is for Home School kids only.


PROPEL is an internationally recognised Athletic Development Facility.

We are passionate about improving the health, fitness and athleticism of our future generations.

Some of our elite coaches hold the Highest Accreditation in Performance Strength & Conditioning and are Accredited Exercise Physiologists.

Approximate Plan 

Days: Mondays & Wednesdays (probably in 10 week blocks)

Times: 9am to 10am

Place: Ashgrove Sports Grounds, Yoku Road, Ashgrove

Costs: No more than $44 per session

Ages*:  10(ish) to 15(ish)
