Six Products Doesn’t Mean You Need All Six

Turning 50 doesn’t create an automatic requirement for a cupboard full of supplements.

Start with what you’re trying to maintain.

For most active men, muscle, strength and movement deserve to be near the top of that list.

That’s the philosophy behind our supplements for men over 50.

If protein intake is inconsistent, whey protein may be useful.

If you’re resistance training, creatine monohydrate is worth considering.

If joint health is a priority, a comprehensive joint formula may fit.

If fibre intake is poor, psyllium provides a straightforward option.

Vitamin C and mineral supplementation can then be considered according to dietary requirements.

But don’t confuse owning supplements with doing something for your health.

The training still needs to happen.

The diet still matters.

So does sleep, body composition, alcohol intake and the rest of your lifestyle.

Start with the behaviour. Add supplements where they genuinely make that behaviour easier to sustain.
